We reserve the right to refuse service to any account holder who violates these terms, engages in fraud, or is located in an unsupported jurisdiction. We also reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes—such as changes to our deposit methods or withdrawal fees—will be notified to you in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which elevens4d operates. Any disputes arising from your use of elevens4d will be resolved under the dispute process outlined above. You agree not to pursue legal action outside that framework unless you have exhausted all internal avenues.
